June 1993 – August 2007
President, CTES, L.P.
Founder of CTES, L.C. (partially owned by National Oilwell-Varco) and CTES, Ltd (UK-based company) which develop specialized products and perform research, consulting and contract engineering services for the Coiled Tubing industry. In 2007 the combined companies have 31 employees and in excess of $9.5 million in annual revenue. Selected major accomplishments of CTES include:
- Developed the Cerberus™ software suite that performs fatigue, downhole forces and well hydraulics models for job design calculations.
